The mission of Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. is to build strong and long term customer relationships for our clients while being an evangelist for their brand.

We build multi-channel trade routes to customer's allowing for true engagement on their terms.

Expivia enables customers of our clients to utilize a variety of options in communicating with them. These include voice, chat, social network channels, text/email messaging, web portals, webRTC video and self service models such at a Natural Speech IVR and APP development. While certain communication techniques have been enabled in the past, we will now provide callers with the ability to automatically choose their form of communication on any and all calls.  This saves your organization the time and money that it would take to give your customers this same experience in-house.

But most importantly, by providing customers the ability to communicate interactively, comfortably and effectively, we can convert the customer’s experience into a profit center opportunity for our client.

Determined Contact Center leader with over 19 years experience in growing trade routes to customers by having a complete understanding and vision of the technology and quality needed to lead a world class interaction center.  Tom was the former VP of Call Center Operations for a 700 employee BPO contact center for over 13 years.

As Head of Expivia's MIS area, Brian brings 20 plus years experience in database and web design.  Mr. Rasmussen also is in charge of all of Expivia's CTI.
